After years of development, the anti-corrosion equipment industry has become quite mature in technology, among which the widely known is the tetrafluoro process. So what are the characteristics of the tetrafluoro process that can make it shine in the anti-corrosion equipment industry? Today we will introduce it to everyone.

1. There is a very high bonding strength between the coating and the metal: external forces cannot be removed at all, which solves the problem of traditional PTFE lining technology. The lack of bonding strength between the PTFE layer and the metal base layer makes it easy to bubble and fall off. It performs particularly significantly in environments with frequent vacuum and temperature changes.

2. Overcoming the limitations of traditional PTFE lining technology due to shape constraints in its application scope: arbitrary shape equipment and components can be sprayed and processed.

3. Excellent forming and reprocessing function: Due to the excellent melting activity of fluoroplastics, after spraying on the surface of the parts, they can be processed to meet the requirements of accurate control of part scale.

4. Excellent anti stick function: After spraying, it not only has excellent anti stick function but also excellent temperature resistance. It still has a common anti stick function in high temperature applications at 180 ℃ and is widely used in the rubber and plastic industry.

5. Excellent vacuum resistance: No delamination occurs under any vacuum conditions.

6. Excellent mechanical function: high mechanical strength, high hardness and toughness.

7. Excellent heat resistance: There are two types: the first can be used safely for a long time in working environments below 180 degrees Celsius, and the other can withstand temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.

8. Excellent electrical function: The dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor are relatively low over a wide temperature and frequency range, exhibiting high dielectric strength.

9. Flame retardancy: does not burn under normal conditions.

10. Excellent weather resistance and radiation resistance: No aging occurs even when exposed to the outdoors for a long time.

11. Excellent wear resistance: By special treatment, the surface hardness of the coating can be increased to enhance wear resistance.

12. Excellent corrosion resistance: Apart from strong oxidants, it is not corroded by any other medium.
